I had the pleasure of visiting Chef Tim Hollingsworth and his family for a story with Traeger Grills. At their Los Angeles home, we enjoyed a family dinner prepared with fresh produce picked straight from their garden. His daughter even introduced me to her favorite chickens. The next day, I experienced the dynamic energy of Otium, his acclaimed restaurant in downtown LA, where I photographed the fast-paced action of a meal service.
